To get people flipping out for the 20th anniversary of National Pancake Day, IHOP knew they needed something big, something bold, something world record breaking. And what better way to celebrate 20 years than with 20,000 pancakes and a Guinness World Record?

So we set out to turn this record-breaking moment into a social media frenzy. And… maybe stir the batter a little bit.

What’s that? We got a text! Love Island bombshells Serena and Leah have entered the Villa, dropping opposing hot-cake hot takes on TikTok, sending fans flippin’ crazy. IHOP invited them to 20K for Pancake Day to settle their beef over batter in person, generating buzz and excitement for National Pancake Day.
